Charlie was extremely professional and very accommodating. He came over according to my schedule. It took him almost no time to get the job done and get it done right. He cleaned up as we went along so there was no cleanup for me to do after. He also went above and beyond and checked my setup for me, and made sure I tested every single component connected to the TV. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend HomeTronics.

After we were unsatisfied with another company, we were lucky enough to find Charlie. We emailed him at 10pm on a Saturday night and he was at our house assessing the job by 11:00am the next morning. He and his crew worked tirelessly over the course of 3 days to make the job what we wanted. Our family room looks fantastic and I would hire HomeTronics again in a minute. My only complaint is I wish I found them the FIRST time around! :o)

When I asked same questions of the others who provided estimates, they either did not answer or talked down to me.
